Mission Statement
Create a neutral website that is not owned or operated by any single real estate firm in which all Open House information can be easily accessed by the public. The goal of the website is to provide a better product with easy search criteria and mapping for the buyers, longer advertising periods for the seller with all leads going back to their agent, a place where service providers can advertise directly to their target market, where the companies and agents can be featured on the home page and to assure the site generates a local home town feeling for all users.
A Word to the Companies and Agents
At Open Houses AnyTime we believe the company and agent should control their listings and advertising. By electing to turn on the open house feature in this site only, you will be assured that prospects are directed back to the agent who is most knowledgeable about the home. The person the buyer can get the most reliable information from and the person who the seller has entrusted to sell their home will always be the listing agent and company. We do not allow this website to be framed inside any other website, although links to www.openhousesanytime.com are welcomed and encouraged!

Nanette Parks

Nanette started her career in 1988 when she obtained her real estate license and joined Executive Realtors. In 1996 she began working in the administrative end of the business, managing the office and assisting prominent Realtors in the industry. Nanette developed a keen interest in the Internet and clearly saw how it was going to change the future of Real Estate. She went to Wright State University and earned a Webmaster certification in 2001. In 2003 Real Living bought out Executive and Nanette continued on in an administrative capacity until 2005 when she was promoted to Business Manager of the Dayton Market. Nanette was aware of the cost of doing business and knew the pains many Realtors felt when spending size-able amounts on one day advertising for Open Houses and knew it was time for a change!

MaryAnn a spunky 5' dynamo is also a Realtor for Real Living. She began her career in 1989 and has successfully sold real estate since . Describing MaryAnn is easy. She is gutsy, holds firm on her integrity and can wear a smile through any storm. It was during a health crisis storm that Nanette and MaryAnn started talking about creating a website for Open Houses in 2004. With time on her hands as she courageously battled with her health issues, MaryAnn ran with the idea for an Open Houses website and cultivated a vision that clearly went beyond the scope of her partner's skill! Determined to have only the best, MaryAnn held firm and waited patiently for answers to arrive as to how her visions were going to come to life with limited capabilities. It was a wise choice!

Rene joined the team in December 2006 and was literally the answer to prayers! With a degree in Computer Science from Ohio State University, he quickly got underway with Open Houses, without any understanding of the real estate industry. Today, Rene is well versed in the needs of the Realtor, the public, the buyer, seller, and advertisers. He has taken the vision of his partners and kicked them up a notch to bring the site to its current presentation. His skills and dedication to the project have been truly amazing and he is a valuable driving force behind Open Houses AnyTime's success!
