Why should I register?

By registering you will have complete access to OHAT features that have been created to save you time and be of real benefit in the search for your new home!

Registering enables you to:

What will openhousesanytime.com do with my personal information ?

You have the option to register on our site as a user. Your registration information is private and will not be given or sold to any 3rd party.  It is intended only for your use and will not be used for any other purpose than stated above.

What is Map My Day?

This is a special OHAT feature designed to make your Open House tour EASY to plan. With a few clicks, you can map up to six homes to tour and print a map with turn by turn directions from one Open House to the next. You must register to use this feature.

What is an Open House Guide?

This tool is for you to use when visiting Open Houses. You can select the homes you want to view and have a  print out with the home photo, address and check boxes to quickly assess a home when visiting it. This will enable you to keep track of what homes you have seen and key points you want to remember. You must register to use this feature.

What if I'd like more information on any of the properties I see?

Reaching the listing agent on any of the properties on OHAT is easy! From each 'Listing Detail' page just click to email that agent. If you would like their phone number or web address click on the tab labeled Agent Info at the top of the page.  NOTE: If you are working with a 'Buyers Agent' contact them with the MLS# and street address so they can get any additional information for you.

What benefits do Sellers receive when their home is listed on OHAT ?

 

1. they will have a longer shelf life than printed ads - open houses can be advertised 7 days or more in advance
2. the ad will feature up to seven photos
3. their agent who they have entrusted to sell their home, who knows more about their home and has more motivation than anyone to sell it will get the leads!

Can I list my home on OHAT if I am a For Sale By Owner?

Sorry but no, only Licensed Agents with listings on a Multiple Listing Service may place their listings on OHAT.
