First and foremost, the site has to be user friendly. We are commited to remain open to our users needs and make changes to assure that the site is easy for all to use.

We created a site that will cater to the needs of the community it is serving. Service Providers, Realtors and Brokerages are highlighted and not lost in the shuffle of a national website. We want our website to feel local. When the site goes nationwide, it will still cater to each community that it enters.

We recognize that some of Real Estate companies like to be able to promote themselves in a way that sets them apart from the crowd. These companies would be the same brokerages that would normally spend thousands of dollars weekly promoting their listings in other modes of advertising. We want to allow them the same opportunity to gain a presence in our website. Joining our featured companies on the front page gives them the opportunity to have their office branches listed and links to their websites. The companies on our homepage are listed in the order of number of ads they have on our site and that number when clicked upon, will link directly to their ads only. In addition, the featured companies logo will rotate randomly on our Open House sign in the banner portion of the home page upon each refresh. .

All Companies

All real estate companies have an opportunity to be listed on our "All Company" page which link is found on each page of the website. Here companies will be listed with links to their website and contact information.

All of our service providers who actively have an ad running on our site, will randomly rotate on each refresh of the home page into the featured spot. This is an added bonus for our service providers so they can all experience front page coverage.

All service providers with an active ad running, will be listed on our "Service Providers" page which link is found on each page of the website. The are listed by the category of service they provide and have links to their email and website.

Each agent with an active listing on our site, will have the opportunity to randomly rotate on each refresh of the home page into the featured agent postion. Each time they are featured, one of their listings will also be featured along side of them. The public can click directly into the advertisement for the home or the profile of the agent and gain contact information including direct links to their email and website.

Each agent, once registered on the website, will be listed on the agents page. There is no additional charge to stay on this page and the agent can remain on our site whether or not they have an active listing.

The public has the option to register on our site as a user. Their registration information is private and will not be sold. It is intended only for their use to keep track of listings. Once registered, they can save searches and listings to their "favorites" and with a simple click can engage our special feature "Map My Day" which will allow them to arrange the homes in the order they want to view them, print out a map and directions from one home to the next.

This tool is for buyers to use when they visit open houses. The buyer can select the homes they want to view and have a single paper print out with the home photo, address and check boxes for them to quickly assess a home when they are viewing it. This will enable buyers to keep track of what homes they have seen and key points they want to remember.
